This is the official site of the Association for Balkan countries

	This is open to every one independently of qualifications and level of education assuming that is at least 18 years old and holds a secondry education level certiicate.     Independently qualificationa the Association does not rejct holders of qualifications that do not relate to accounting, economics and related subects. This will affect the number of exemptions such person will be entitled to. Each application is condidered separately.
